Hi, I'm Dom. Here's the story behind 5D Media.
I study business, work in commercial real estate, and build systems for businesses that grow on relationships. This page is less of a resume and more of an honest look at how I think and why I do this.
How I got into business
I've always been drawn to how things actually work. Not just the idea of a business, but the machinery behind it: how a company finds customers, earns trust, keeps people coming back, and stays organized while doing all of it. That curiosity is what pulled me toward business in the first place. I wanted to understand the structure underneath the success, not just the highlight reel.
Studying business at Chapman
I'm currently at Chapman University studying Business with an emphasis in Finance and a minor in Leadership. Finance taught me to think in terms of inputs, outputs, and what actually drives a result. Leadership taught me that none of it matters without people. Those two ideas sit at the center of how I work now: build something measurable, but never lose the human side of it.
Working in commercial real estate
At the same time, I work in commercial real estate. Being in the field changed how I saw everything. Real estate is a relationship business, and I watched up close how much of it comes down to communication and follow-up. The professionals who stayed in touch, stayed organized, and followed up consistently were the ones who won. The ones who didn't lost business they had already earned, often without realizing it.
How that led to 5D Media
The more businesses I was around, the more I noticed the same thing. They didn't have a lead problem. They had a systems problem. Leads weren't followed up with. CRMs weren't organized. Relationships weren't nurtured. Processes changed week to week depending on how busy things got.
I became genuinely fascinated with solving that, with automation, AI, CRM systems, and better business processes. So I started 5D Media to build exactly what I kept seeing was missing. Not louder marketing, but the structure underneath it that turns effort into results.
Why I focus on systems, automation, and follow-up
I focus here because this is the part that quietly decides whether a business grows. A great service means little if the follow-up never happens. A full pipeline means little if it lives in someone's head. Systems are what make good intentions reliable. Automation is what makes them scalable. Follow-up is what turns interest into a relationship and a relationship into a result.
Outside of work, this is what I'm doing for fun. I build systems and automation projects on my own time because I'm genuinely passionate about business operations, AI, CRM, and long-term relationship building. I'm not here to sell a package and disappear. I like building things that work, and watching a business operate the way it always should have.
Real estate runs on relationships, and relationships run on follow-up
Real estate is one of the most relationship-driven businesses there is. Deals are won by the agent who stayed in touch, remembered the detail, and followed up when no one else bothered to.
The hard part isn't caring. Good agents care. The hard part is staying consistent while juggling showings, clients, and everything else a day throws at you. That is exactly what good systems solve. They keep great agents top of mind without adding more hours to the day, and working in the field is what makes me genuinely good at building them.
- 🤝It's a relationship businessTrust and rapport decide who gets the call, not the loudest ad.
- 💬Consistent communication mattersStaying in touch is the whole game, and it's the easiest thing to let slip.
- 🏆Follow-up wins the businessThe agent who follows up one more time is usually the one who closes.
- ⚡Systems keep you top of mindThe right system makes a good agent feel everywhere at once, effortlessly.
What discipline looks like for me
This isn't here to impress anyone. It's here to show how I actually operate, because the way I run my own day is the same way I build systems for the people I work with: consistent, structured, and built to compound.
Early start, clear head. The first hour sets the tone for everything after it.
Training before the day begins. Discipline here makes discipline everywhere else easier.
In the field, learning the business firsthand and seeing where systems make or break a deal.
Building systems, checking in with clients, and reaching out to people I want to work with.
Meetings, networking events, and heads-down time building the systems behind 5D Media.
Reviewing the day, planning the next one, and tightening whatever can run better tomorrow.
What you can expect from me
Direct, not salesy
Clear language and honest recommendations. Only the systems your business actually needs.
Built to be used
Systems designed to run in the real world, not impressive setups that sit untouched.
Disciplined execution
I treat your business with the same structure and consistency I hold myself to every day.
An invested partner
Focused attention on your growth, not a ticket in a queue at a large agency.
Why clients work with me
Clients work with me because I'm direct, I care about the outcome, and I build systems that actually get used. I'm not a large agency moving you through a process. I'm a focused partner who treats your results like they're my own.
I'm young and I take that seriously, not as something to apologize for. It means I'm hungry, I'm current with where AI and automation are heading, and I'm building for the long term. When you win, 5D Media wins. That's the whole point.
If we see business the same way, let's build something
